Crochet shoulder strap “Kunja”
Spruce up your bag with a round, thick shoulder strap in your favorite color.
You choose the length of the strap, and if you need help, there is a full-length video available. If you use trigger hooks, you can attach them directly to your crocheted bag. Of course, you can also sew the strap directly onto your bag. You will need two trigger hooks, the yarn EKO Ribbon (in the video we use the color “Beige”), and a 10 mm crochet hook.
Yarn Consumption: About 50 g for a strap measuring approximately 90 cm.

Here's how to do it
This is a simple pattern, when you get the hang of it you repeat it until you have the desired length. /Victoria

Instructions
Watch the video if you need help along the way.
- Start with a slip knot: Wrap the yarn once around two fingers so that it forms a cross on top. Insert the hook under the bottom strand, grab the top strand, and pull it through. Tighten the knot slightly. You have now made a slip knot.
- Make three chain stitches.
- Insert the hook into the second chain from the slip knot, yarn over, and pull through. You now have two loops on the hook. Repeat in the first chain so that you have a total of three loops on the hook.

4. To make the shoulder strap round, we will finish the single crochets. Start by removing the two most recent loops and hold them in your left hand, while keeping the last loop on the hook.

- Grab the yarn and complete the single crochet of the last loop, then place the two previous loops back onto the hook one by one and complete them into a single crochet.
- Repeat this process until the shoulder strap reaches your desired length.
- Secure the yarn firmly with the desired hook at both ends.

Your shoulder strap is done!
Abbreviations:
- sc = single crochet
- ch = chain

- Make a slip knot and 3 ch.
- Insert the hook into the 2nd ch, yarn over and pull through. Repeat in the 1st ch so you have 3 loops on the hook.
- Remove the 2 last loops from the hook, leaving only one loop on the hook.
- Complete the sc with the last loop, put the other loop back onto the hook and complete the sc, then repeat with the first loop.
- You now have 3 loops on the hook again. Repeat until the shoulder strap reaches your desired length.
- Secure the yarn firmly with the desired hook at both ends.
